Trump Humiliates America Again in Live Speech with Lack of Elementary Knowledge

President Trump is not known for his high intellect. He shows his utter lack of understanding in policy discussions almost constantly. From his ridiculous claims that peace in the Middle East and healthcare reform would be easy deals, to his embarrassing twitter incoherence, this President loves to show the public exactly who they voted for.

In another embarrassing display of idiocy, he showed his total global illiteracy during a speech at the United Nations on Wednesday. He had lots of praise for the healthcare policy of an African country. He talked about Nambia multiple times during his speech, praising the self-sufficiency of the country’s healthcare system. Trump told African leaders, “In Guinea and Nigeria, you fought a horrifying Ebola outbreak. Nambia’s health system is increasingly self-sufficient.” The problem is that Nambia doesn’t exist

The President might have meant Namibia, or perhaps Zambia or maybe Gambia, but instead he said Nambia. Nambia is not a country in Africa nor does it exist in any other place in the world. The President made this idiotic and disrespectful mistake at a UN session attended by several African leaders including the leaders of Ghana, Namibia, and Uganda.

The White House later fixed the President’s geographical gaffe. They said the President was talking about Namibia. Namibia is a country that has a population of 2.5 million people. The country restructured their healthcare system 2 years ago in a highly successful effort to ward off Ebola. Ebola ravaged other nations in the region. Namibia shares borders with South Africa, Botswana, Angola, and Zambia.

The President didn’t just speak about a nonexistent country’s fantastic healthcare system, he also gave high praise to the economic progress that has happened on the African continent. In condescending and exploitative fashion Trump said, “Africa has tremendous business potential. I have so many friends going to your countries, trying to get rich. I congratulate you. They’re spending a lot of money.”
