Republican Senator In Hot Water After Posting This Insult To Women On Facebook

It’s a bad day for the immature and unwise, Jack E. Sandlin, Republican member of the Indiana State Senate. He made the poor decision as a supposed human being to share a disgusting Facebook meme intended to discredit the Saturday Women’s Marches, insult Michelle Obama’s legacy, and make demeaning comments about women’s bodies.

Take notice of his profile pic. He strongly aligns himself with VP Mike Pence, who is also the former Indiana governor. Sandlin has since denied sharing the meme, saying that he is, “Not sure how that ended up on my Facebook wall but that certainly does not reflect my opinion of women.”

The more probably story is that Sandlin doesn’t understand that the interwebs knows what he does online, and people pay attention to what he posts on his personal fb account.

The meme is a disrespectful and intentional to make fun of the Women’s March in D.C.

Never mind that the coordinated national and worldwide affiliated protests, the Women’s Marches, formed the largest protest in American history. Yeah, this was a much bigger deal than just some “fat women walking.”

Nice try to attempt to divert credit from the massive support the marches drew, though.
