Sessions BOOTS Hawaii Judge Reviewing Trumps Travel Ban Case…You Won’t Believe His Reasoning!

Donald Trump’s 2nd travel ban executive order is going through the federal court gauntlet, and as it makes its way through the courts, Attorney General Jeff Sessions autonomously decides to fire a Judge in Hawaii  who earlier ruled against the order.

Speaking to alt-right Radio host Mark Levin, Sessions said…“I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the president of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional power.”

Sessions’ comment, along with his description of Hawaii as an “island in the Pacific”, caused a firestorm on social media today.

Matthew Miller, a former Department of Justice spokesperson under Obama, called Session’s words “an extraordinary attack on a federal judge’s right to do his job by a sitting AG.”

“Completely inappropriate,” Miller tweeted.

Chelsea Clinton added…“Someone please tell Sessions that Hawaii is a state…an American in Hawaii is as American as one from Alabama. Or Indiana.” Part of her statement was apparently in reference to Trump’s earlier charges against Judge Gonzalo Curiel, an Indiana born judge who reviewed a couple of California lawsuits filed against Trump University.

This is typical behavior for a Trump footman.  If Obama had fired a judge, Sessions would have called for Congressional investigations.
