Sarah Palin, the humiliated ex-vice-presidential candidate and Tea Party member, just made one more laughable attempt to restore her relevancy (if she ever was) by calling out Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MASS) over her use of the phrase “Fight Like A Girl.”
While speaking to the alt-right publication Breitbart, Palin complained about Warren’s use of that phrase, which she says was“used first” by herself in 2011 when speaking to a crowd for Governor Scott Walker’s campaign against the teacher’s unions. “Maybe I should ask some of the Badger women’s hockey team, those champions …If we should be suggesting to GOP leaders they need to learn how to fight like a girl!”
Palin’s comments to Breitbart about this subject are as follows, and like herself are completely irrelevant.
Sarah Palin has never fought a day in her life for women’s equal rights. During her tenure as mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, she required women to pay $1,200 to purchase their own rapekits, and also cut funding for a transitional home for teenage unwed mothers. She also worked relentlessly to keep her constituents from having access to the sex education they needed along with the right to choose …ironically, while her daughter chose to have two illegitimate children.
Alternatively, Sen. Warren, is a hero for women and women’s rights based on her tireless work to push for equality… not just for women but for every American. She has taken her words into action on the floor of the Senate with her constant campaigns to make life better for women and their families.
Sarah Palin should return return to butchering elk with a high-powered rifle or whatever else she spends her time doing these days when she’s not getting her children out of jail.
