Verizon Fios announced on Friday that it is taking the conservative propaganda outlet BlazeTV off its channel package.
Fios TV has over 425 channels and announced its decision to get rid of the outlet, which was founded by Mark Levin and far-right madman Glenn Beck, in a message sent to subscribers Friday.
“As you know we must periodically renew our agreements with TV content providers to be able to bring you the programming available on Fios TV. At Verizon, we put our customers first in all our content decisions. We aim to provide content our customers want at a fair price,” Fios explained in a note to their subscribers, which was gotten by The Hill.
“Given that the cost of programming is the single biggest factor in higher TV bills, we carefully review proposals from network providers to be sure that their rates are in line with their viewership,” adds the letter. “This practice allows us to bring you a competitive rate for Fios TV packages. As a result, we have decided to remove The Blaze (Ch. 112 SD / 612 HD) from our lineup effective December 28, 2018.”
The news comes soon after TheBlaze and CRTV, both far-right outlets prone to hate speech, merged to make Blaze Media.
The Blaze was started by former Fox News host and crazy person Glenn Beck back in 2011. In his Fox show, he would constantly lie and spread false propaganda, as well as make insane predictions involving “the End Times”, making insane connections by drawing on a chalkboard and ranting emotionally.
CRTV was started in 2014 by Fox News host Mark Levin, a dishonest propaganda master who also has a national radio program.
