Donald Trump gave himself an undeserved “A-plus” for his presidency on Sunday, but he questioned whether he could earn an even higher rating in a stunning display of obnoxious and delusional narcissism.
“Look, I hate to do it, but I will do it, I would give myself an A-plus,” Trump told Chris Wallace of Fox News. “Is that enough? Can I go higher than that?”

Chris Wallace had asked Donald Trump to “rank yourself in the pantheon of great presidents? There’s Lincoln and Washington, there’s FDR and Reagan, do you make the top 10?”
It was an opportunity no delusional egomaniac would miss. “I think I’m doing a great job. We have the best economy we’ve ever had,” Trump lied, adding when Chris Wallace asked once more, “We’re doing really well. We would have been at war with North Korea if, let’s say, that administration continued forward.”
Donald Trump has repeatedly rated himself highly on his presidency despite the evidence. Back in April, he also rewarded himself with an A-plus overall, and just last year, rated himself as a “10” for his handling of the devastating 2017 hurricanes in Puerto Rico, which killed 3,000 people in large part due to the lackadaisical federal response.
Donald Trump’s interview with Chris Wallace aired on Sunday, the day after the president visited California during several major wildfires and following a deadly shooting in the Borderline Bar and Grill located in Thousand Oaks.
Trump faced criticism recently over his initial arrogant and unhelpful response to the wildfires, where he blamed local officials for the massive wildfires due to inadequate “forest management” and then threatening to withhold the federal funding for California.
